From manual to fully automated: Beevers Cheese

Beevers cheese, which has been maturing the well-known Beemster cheese since 1996, went from manual to fully automated thanks to our solutions. Philippe Beevers, CEO of Beevers Cheese, shares his experience with our team and how we helped him streamline and automate his business processes.

Innovation and automation with a personal touch

When we decided to convert our traditional, paper-based workflows to a fully digital and automated system, we knew we needed a partner who would be more than just a supplier. Clickworks fulfilled that role perfectly and has become a true partner in our automation over the years.

A strong foundation: our first step to automation

Our collaboration began with the development of a customized inventory system, VOP. Using FileMaker, our paper-based workflow was replaced with a digital platform that streamlined the planning and execution of inventory movements and warehouse tasks. Clickworks allowed us to work more efficiently and gave us real-time insights into our processes. The technical knowledge and support meant we quickly gained confidence in our new system.

This innovative system ensures that cheeses are placed and supplied automatically, while warehouse management remains flawless.
